Hipster runoff is one of those blogs that are not art related, but he plays off of art, things that are “indy” and the “personal brand” so much, it just seems like something I should link from here. Technically speaking it is a blog about music, but he pretends to be a design student (for now) in New York and finds things that are “culturally relevant” to talk about. It seems dumb at first, but he is so smart with some of his references and finding the craziest hipsters on the internet to talk about, it’s hard to deny its relevancy to today’s art student. Check it out here or on my blog list. Also, check out how awesome his banner is that takes up half the screen.

This is what I wish that people were doing more with the internet.

Oh and expect a Harry Potter review by tomorrow I am one of the crazies going to see it at midnight.
